We are excited to introduce the most recent member of the nclud team, Lauren Moon. She is a driven, young designer constantly looking to absorb new and innovative ideas. Her love for design and background in business drives her to develop creative, aesthetically pleasing websites that focus on usability and functionality.
Lauren will be joining nclud as a web designer and consultant. Lauren is a recent graduate of CDIA Boston University right here in Georgetown. Lauren also holds a degree in economics from Boston University. nclud is a strong supporter of CDIA, we first met Lauren during a portfolio review we were invited to be a part of. Her passion for design and love of the web was overwhelmingly apparent; a perfect fit for our team!
Lauren is our favorite type of “web designer”; a strong eye for design, a mastery of web-standards based mark-up and a jQuery fanatic all complimented with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Lauren began pursuing design when she noticed she was spending more time organizing her notes than studying them. Her experiences at organizations such as Virb and purevolume left her intrigued by the way design could improve a client’s brand and influence user interaction.
Lauren’s interest in spatial concepts and information organization drive her to create simple, structured websites with organized layouts.
When she is not learning design skills from her colleagues at nclud, Lauren can be found eating burritos and looking through the West Elm catalog.
